Josh is a creator. He began his career in consulting, but quickly discovered his love for trading on a prop trading desk. After a brief stint in corporate finance as the CFO of a boutique energy firm, Josh founded a software company with his friend, later selling it to Salesforce. Josh is currently the Co-CEO of Phennecs and a Venture Partner at ATP. Josh chairs the Technology Business Fellows Program and is on faculty at the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin, as well as the University of Southern California and Rice University, where he teaches graduate venture capital and strategy and undergraduate financial derivatives and merger and acquisitions. Josh earned his MBA from Wharton and his undergraduate degrees in Plan II Honors and Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.

Kristin leads a life of service. She began her career as a consultant with PwC, but transitioned to the public sector with her tenure at the State Auditor's Office. She currently serves as the Director of Compliance for the Texas Department of Transportation and is the Executive Director and Chairperson for the Alexander Family Foundation. Kristin earned her MBA from St. Edwards University and her undergraduate degree in Business Honors and Finance from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.
